As an installation contractor, we’ve earned the Standing Seam Metal Roofing Installer Certification. This certification allows us to offer approved extended warranty protection others cannot. For manufacturing, we have been trained in the proper use and operation of roll forming equipment used in on-site fabrication. This eliminates shipping damage, short shipments and sizing errors in addition to providing packaging and freight savings. These machines are designed for experts, and we have the in-house skills and machinery to custom fabricate locally.

DECTEC

EPA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has passed lead paint regulations for contractors, specialty contractors, property managers, and other individuals doing renovation work. These regulations cover people working in older homes, daycare facilities and schools built before 1978. Lead Renovator Certification is required to comply with the training and certification section of the regulations to become properly approved. This includes specialized work practices and procedures when working on these older homes or buildings. These procedures are designed to help prevent people, especially children under the age of 6 from being exposed and poisoned by lead paint or coated surfaces. Lead poisoning can have long term health effects. We are a LEAD-SAFE certified firm.

As a Member Contractor/Installer, we have passed compulsory inspections and reference checks prior to approval by the Board of Directors. For many cedar shake and shingle suppliers, installation MUST be completed by a CSSB Member Contractor/Installer.
